We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our website is fully integrated with couriers to calculate domestic and international shipping cost in real time. When you place an order, we will provide shipping rate and delivery date for you based on the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full metric unit. Currently, we selected Australia Post, Sendle and DHL for our domestic and International shipping. Most orders sent through the delivery networks have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country - we'd recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs charges are due, this may impact the time it takes your parcel to reach you.

All orders are processed and ship as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.
If you refuse a shipment from Sunlight Station, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sunlight Station. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
CHANGE OF MIND
We want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will refund your original method of payment provided that:
• You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the original date of purchase. Return postage costs will be at your expense.
• You produce your original invoice (receipt) issued by us when you return the item
• The item is in original saleable condition:
- With all original tags and item(s) come along with the product
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- Any sewn labels are still attached
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Discounted Items - FINAL SALE items
Merchandise marked as final sale is sold "as is”. Final Sale items sold are non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully.
