Privacy Policy

If you require any more information or have any questions about our privacy policy, please feel free to contact us by email at info@sunlightstation.com.

At www.sunlightstation.com we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information is collected and recorded by www.sunlightstation.com and how we use it.

Log Files

Like many other Web sites, www.sunlightstation.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting service’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

www.sunlightstation.com uses cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers' respective websites.

Security

The security of personal information is of the utmost importance to www.sunlightstation.com. www.sunlightstation.com only transmits personal information using Geotrust Extended Validation (EV) secure socket layer technology (SSL) certificates. Extended Validation (EV) secure socket layer technology (SSL) certificates is a highest form of security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client—typically a web server (website) and a browser; or a mail server and a mail client (e.g., Outlook).EV SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely. Normally, data sent between browsers and web servers is sent in plain text—leaving you vulnerable to eavesdropping. If an attacker is able to intercept all data being sent between a browser and a web server they can see and use that information.More specifically, EV SSL is a security protocol. Protocols describe how algorithms should be used; in this case, the EV SSL protocol determines variables of the encryption for both the link and the data being transmitted.

www.sunlightstation.com follows generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information during transmission and storage. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While www.sunlightstation.com strives to use commercially acceptable standards to protect personal information, www.sunlightstation.com cannot guarantee absolute security.
